Website descriptions, illustrations and app screenshots explain the service and may show example content. Features identified as planned or under development should not be treated as delivered capabilities. Confirm the supported hardware and services for your project before relying on them.
Display operation
Playback depends on the TV, operating system, power, storage, clock, content format and network conditions. Initial setup and new updates require connectivity. An offline player cannot receive a new update or immediate server-side removal until it reconnects.
Reports and business outcomes
Online status reflects a recent heartbeat, not confirmation that a particular ad is visible. Playback reports reflect received device activity and may have incomplete coverage. They do not identify viewers or establish human impressions, sales, attention or guaranteed business results.
Customer content
You are responsible for the accuracy, permissions and suitability of ads and other material you upload or display. The software does not certify that your advertising meets every applicable requirement or that third-party content is licensed for your intended use.
